You can end your subscription in two ways:

Cancel from your account. Log in and cancel your subscription in the customer portal. Your service continues until the end of the paid period.

Withdraw using this form. If you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you can exercise it by completing the form below. Your withdrawal is effective on the date you submit it, and you will receive an automatic confirmation by email with a time stamp and a copy of your submission.

Please note: if at checkout you gave your express consent to the immediate start of the service and waived your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, and your subscription ends according to our Terms and Conditions at the end of the current billing period. This form does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
