Dolcefy Affiliate Programme

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 8 August 2026

These terms govern the Dolcefy Affiliate Programme (the "Programme") operated by Dolcefy SRLS ("Dolcefy", "we", "us"). By applying to and participating in the Programme, you (the "Affiliate", "you") agree to these terms. Please read them in full before applying.

1. The Programme and your role

1.1 The Programme lets you recommend Dolcefy to others using a personal referral link, and to earn a commission when someone you refer becomes a paying Dolcefy customer.

1.2 The service you provide under the Programme is advertising and promotional in nature: you promote Dolcefy to your own audience. This is a marketing service, not agency, employment, partnership, or a joint venture. You have no authority to act, make commitments, sign, or make representations on behalf of Dolcefy.

1.3 You participate as an independent contractor. You are solely responsible for your own costs, staff, equipment, and for how you run your promotional activity.

2. Eligibility and application

2.1 To join, you complete the application form and accept these terms and the privacy notice. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, and we may ask for information about your audience and promotional methods to assess it.

2.2 Existing paying Dolcefy customers may be approved automatically. Other applications are reviewed before approval. Approval is confirmed by email, after which you gain access to your affiliate dashboard.

2.3 You must give accurate, complete, and current information, including the billing and payout details we need in order to pay you. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date in your dashboard.

2.4 If your participation is ended under clause 11, you may not re-apply or open another affiliate account without our written agreement.

3. Commission

3.1 Your commission is 25% of the paid invoice amount (excluding VAT) of each qualifying payment made by a customer you referred, for the customer's first 12 months as a paying customer. Individual arrangements, where separately agreed in writing, may set a different rate, a fixed amount, or a different duration; where they do, the arrangement recorded on your affiliate record applies.

3.2 Commission accrues only on payments actually received and cleared by Dolcefy for the products designated as commissionable in the Programme. Set-up fees, taxes, third-party charges, and non-commissionable products are excluded.

3.3 Commission amounts are exclusive of VAT. Where you are a VAT-registered business, VAT is added on top of your commission in accordance with your tax status and the applicable rules (for example, Italian VAT for Italian VAT-registered affiliates, or the reverse-charge mechanism for intra-EU business affiliates). The amount you actually receive is the total of the payout document described in clause 5, so that your compensation is never reduced by VAT.

3.4 No commission is earned on a referral that has not resulted in a cleared payment, or on amounts that are later refunded, charged back, or cancelled (see clause 6).

4. Referral tracking and attribution

4.1 Referrals are tracked by a functional cookie set when a visitor uses your referral link. The cookie is required for the Programme to attribute a referral to you; a visitor who declines it cannot be attributed to you.

4.2 The referral cookie lasts 90 days. If a visitor who used your link signs up as a paying customer within that window, the referral is attributed to you.

4.3 Attribution is on a last-referrer basis: where more than one affiliate link is used, the most recent link before sign-up receives the attribution.

4.4 A referred customer must make their first qualifying payment within a 90-day qualification window from sign-up for commission to begin. Where a customer moves from a free plan to a paid plan, this must happen within the window for the referral to qualify.

4.5 You must not manipulate tracking. Cookie stuffing, forced or automated clicks, iframe tricks, misuse of your own or shared links to inflate attribution, and any other artificial inflation of referrals are prohibited and void the affected commission.

5. Payouts

5.1 Commission is paid by SEPA bank transfer to the account you provide in your dashboard. You must supply valid payout details, including a valid IBAN, before your first payout. Payout details are requested only after you are approved, never as part of the application.

5.2 Commission is held for a payout delay of 45 days from the date it accrues, to protect against refunds and chargebacks, before it becomes available for payout. This period may be longer where a specific arrangement provides for it.

5.3 You may request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum of 50€. Balances below the minimum carry forward until the threshold is met.

5.4 A processing fee applies to each payout to cover the cost of administering and executing the bank transfer. For the Dolcefy Affiliate Programme this fee is a fixed 4.49€ per payout. The fee is shown to you before you confirm a payout request and is deducted from the payout.

5.5 For each payout, a bill is generated in your name reflecting the commission due, less the processing fee, plus VAT where applicable under clause 3.3. The total of that bill is the amount transferred to you, so that the payment and both parties' records reconcile exactly. Where you are required to issue your own invoice for VAT purposes, your invoice remains the governing tax document and must match that total.

5.6 You are responsible for giving correct payout details. If we are unable to pay you because your details are missing or incorrect, and this is not corrected within 90 days of the amount becoming payable, the affected payout may be forfeited.

5.7 Payout requests may be raised automatically on a regular (for example monthly) cycle once your available balance is at or above the minimum, so that balances do not accumulate over long periods. This does not change how commission is earned, and earned commission is not forfeited for not having been requested.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations

6.1 If a payment on which commission was calculated is later refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the corresponding commission is reversed. If it has not yet been paid to you, it is cancelled; if it has, it is offset against future commission.

6.2 If a referred customer cancels, recurring commission stops from that point. Commission already earned and correctly paid for prior qualifying periods remains yours.

7. How you may promote Dolcefy

7.1 You may promote Dolcefy through your own genuine channels, such as a website or blog, email to people who have agreed to hear from you, social media, video, and courses. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that your links are affiliate links, near the link or code, in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.

7.2 The following are prohibited: unsolicited bulk email or other spam; bidding on Dolcefy's brand or trademark terms in paid search without our written permission; presenting your offer as Dolcefy's own checkout or impersonating Dolcefy; misleading, false, or exaggerated claims, including income, medical, legal, or financial guarantees; promotion on sites containing adult, hateful, or illegal content; and any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful practice.

7.3 You must not make representations or promises about Dolcefy beyond what appears in our official materials, and must not create the impression that you are Dolcefy or speak for it.

8. Use of the Dolcefy brand

8.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Dolcefy name, logo, and marketing materials we provide, solely to promote Dolcefy under these terms and while your participation is active.

8.2 You must use the materials as provided and must not alter the logo, register or use confusingly similar names or domains, or use the brand in any way that harms Dolcefy's reputation. This licence ends when your participation ends, and you must then stop using the brand and remove your referral links.

9. Anti-fraud

9.1 Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not earn commission on purchases by yourself, your immediate family, or a business you own or work for, using your own link.

9.2 We may review traffic quality and referral patterns, and may withhold, reverse, or deny commission where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral, manipulated tracking, abnormal refund or chargeback rates, or any breach of these terms.

10. Taxes

10.1 You are responsible for your own taxes on the commission you receive, and for meeting your own registration, invoicing, and reporting obligations under the law that applies to you. Clause 3.3 governs how VAT is handled between us.

11. Suspension and termination

11.1 Either party may end your participation at any time, with or without cause, by notice. Notice by email to the address on your affiliate record is sufficient.

11.2 We may suspend or end your participation immediately, and withhold or reverse affected commission, if you breach these terms, engage in fraud or prohibited promotion, or act in a way that harms Dolcefy or its customers.

11.3 On termination, correctly earned and cleared commission that has passed its payout delay and meets the minimum remains payable, subject to clauses 6 and 9. The brand licence in clause 8 ends and you must remove your referral links.

12. Liability

12.1 To the extent permitted by law, Dolcefy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the Programme, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to the Programme and these terms

13.1 We may update the Programme or these terms. We will make the current version available, and material changes take effect from the date we publish them. Your continued participation after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Data protection

14.1 We process the personal data you provide, and referral data generated by the Programme, to operate the Programme, attribute referrals, and pay you. We do so in accordance with the applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR) and our privacy notice, which is linked from the application form. You must comply with applicable data-protection law in your own promotional activity.

14.2 Your dashboard shows limited information about the customers attributed to you, with names and email addresses partially masked, so that you can recognise your own referrals without receiving their full personal data. You may use this information only to manage your participation in the Programme, and not for any other purpose.

15. Governing law

15.1 These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Florence (Firenze), Italy have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.

By applying to the Dolcefy Affiliate Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
