Studios and plans: which one is yours

Dolcefy is organised in studios. A studio is the version of the platform built around one kind of business; the plan inside a studio decides how much you get.

The studios

• Commerce Studio: online shops, boutiques, designers, makers and hire shops. The shop, products, checkout, shipping, email marketing and the social planner are at the centre.
• Creative Studio: course creators, coaches, consultants, event planners and other people who sell knowledge. Courses, memberships, webinars, quizzes and sales pages are at the centre.
• Hospitality Studio: restaurants, wineries, agriturismi, hotels, salons, sports clubs and gyms. Bookings, loyalty, gift cards, events and recurring memberships are at the centre.
• Sport Studio is on its way. Online coaches are welcome in Creative Studio in the meantime.

Every studio contains the whole platform. The studio changes what you see first, which plan limits apply and which Dolcefy Intelligence agents are offered to you. It does not lock any app away.

The plans

• Free is the same in every studio: a real workspace to try things with, with small limits. See What the Free plan includes.
• Base is the working plan for one business: unlimited products, more contacts, your own domain, automations and the full Foundation Researcher report.
• Plus adds more websites, languages and team seats, and the advanced features of your studio: for example appointments and subscriptions in Commerce Studio, wine clubs and other recurring orders in Hospitality Studio, more courses and students in Creative Studio.
• Agentic adds Dolcefy Intelligence in full: all the agents, AI steps inside your automations, the trainable live chat for your own customers, white label and API access.

Current prices and the complete feature table are on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT, yearly plans are billed as ten months, and Dolcefy never takes a commission on your sales.

Which plan should I start with?

Start with Free if you are still deciding. Move to Base when you want to sell more than three products or connect your own domain. Choose Plus when bookings, subscriptions or a second website come into play. Choose Agentic when you want the agents to do the research, offer design and writing with you.

An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade at the end of the paid period. See Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan.

Changing studio

Your studio is set when you open the account. If your business changes direction, write to us from the support form and we move your workspace to another studio without losing anything.
