What the Free plan includes

The Free plan is a complete Dolcefy workspace with small limits. It does not expire and it never charges you anything.

What you get

• 2,000 contacts in your CRM and email lists.
• 3 products. Your workspace starts with two preset products, Standard delivery and Course Access, which you can rename and reuse as your own; the third is free for you to create.
• 1 course with lessons, quizzes and a course community.
• 1 website with pages, blog and forms at yourname.dolcefy.com, offered to visitors in one language.
• 1 admin: you. Team seats come with the paid plans.
• 1 automation with up to two steps, for example a welcome email after a form is submitted.
• 1 Dolcefy Intelligence run of the Foundation Researcher, once, as a summary of your market and positioning. The full report comes with the paid plans.
• 0 % transaction fee. Payments go through your own payment provider.

What is reserved for paid plans

• Your own domain name.
• Video hosting inside Dolcefy. On Free you embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo.
• Point of sale, bookings, loyalty programmes and gift cards, carrier shipping integrations and the affiliate programme.
• The Website Migrator, which imports pages from your old platform.
• Dolcefy Intelligence agents beyond the first Foundation Researcher run.

What happens when you reach a limit

Dolcefy stops the action that would go over the limit and tells you which plan limit you have reached. Nothing is deleted. For example, a fourth active product is refused until you upgrade or archive one of the three. [SCREENSHOT: the plan-limit message on a fourth product]

To raise the limits, open My account at dolcefy.com, then Your Subscriptions, and choose a plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. See Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan.

Good to know

• The Free plan is the same in Commerce, Creative and Hospitality Studio.
• Everything you build on Free stays when you upgrade. Nothing is rebuilt or moved.
